Can I modify or cancel my order?

How long does delivery take?

What if the recipient is unavailable?

Will the flowers look exactly like the photos?

We aim to match every arrangement as closely as possible. Due to seasonal availability, some flowers or packaging may be substituted with items of equal or higher value while maintaining the overall design.

If an incorrect item is delivered, please notify us within 24 hours and we will arrange a replacement.
